Introductory Certificate in Logistics and Transport
Introductory Certificate in Logistics and Transport is intended for those who are new to the logistics and transport industry and are starting out in a career in procurement, warehousing and inventory control or production planning.
Contents The course is made up of eight units, of which you must complete four. There are two compulsory units and two elective units. Compulsory units: 1.Intro to Logistics 2.Intro to Customer Services and Marketing Electives:
All participants must take and pass a written examination in the two mandatory units and two optional units. Each unit will be assessed by means of a 30-question examination paper. The exams will comprise a selection of multiple-choice questions and short answer questions requiring an answer in the form of short sentences or a simple calculation. The examination will be of 1 hour’s duration. All examinations are closed book and the pass mark for each examination will be 50%. |
